Meadows admitted he helped with the campaign so he can be charged in the Hatch Act which is againest the Law for a Federal employee to do that I thought so can go to JAIL just for that… .
It doesn't surprise me that Meadows' defense is basically, "Yes I did all of the things mentioned in the indictment but I was justified to do them." What else can he say? He has no other defense, so he's throwing this against the wall hoping it will stick.
He wants his case moved to a Federal Court for one resson only. If a Republican wins the White House they''ll then be able to pardon him for his crimes. All the other defendants will no doubt ask for the same thing.
Why on earth are Meadows’ lawyers putting him on the stand on an issue that will likely be ruled against him?
Breaking this case down to the potential jury pool is just feeding the trump conspiracy theory. There are sensible people in areas other than Fulton county. Stop with this speculation.

His defense against the state charges is that he was a federal officer performing a political function.. which is illegal.

The scam advertisements also direct the viewer to download and install malicious software or apps. This is very concerning as the amount of people who have fallen victims to these ad scammers have increased substantially on a global scale.
