BCCI does not have bowlers to take 10 or 20 wickets except a call from Jay shah to the groundsman or opposition board president.
Should not even speak of a t20 world cup because it is meaningless. Noone cares about it. Test maztches and ODI World Cup is all to think about. Must think of t20 as just for fun.
Plus there is refusal to accept some players are almost worshipped and rate higher than they truly are. India has so much young talent it is bad to hold onto non performing EX-stars.

Simple – Big players not playing big innings in big games. Sambit is spot on, in ODI and Tests, all big wins are on the back of big players stepping up on these occasions. DeSilva 96, Warne 99, Ponting 03, Gilchrist 07, Gambhir/Dhoni 11, Smith 15 and so on. Our hyped up media stars play good in games which have no consequences, failures fly under the radar. What must India do to win?
For WTC -Keep producing doctored pitches at home, and then really hope that the other finalist has a bad match in the final. Or somehow, by some fluke, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh end up in the final against them.
For T20 WC – Keep playing in the easier group and hope all the tough teams in the other group eliminate each other. And then hope they somehow end up facing a Sri Lanka or Bangladesh in the final.
For 50-over WC – Not sure how long 50-over cricket will last. Chances are, if India do not win the 50-over WC this year, the whole format will be scrapped off. But yes, more or less the same…beat enough weak teams to reach the semi. Hope the stronger teams either get eliminated or have a bad day. And then they somehow face a Sri Lanka or Bangladesh in the final.
Why India doesn't win? Well, because they are not that good. Yes they are better than some other teams, but they are not the best. One or more of England, Australia and New Zealand, is always better than India. Which is funny because the Indian media and the semi-educated Indian fanboy will make you believe that India is the greatest that there is, there has been and there will be.
Hype is a big problem. Because India is a complete failure in every other team sport, cricket is the only one left with disproportionate hype and moolah. Under Dhoni, India failed to get to the semi-final of the 2009, 2010 and 2012 T20 World cups. In 2009 and 2010, INDIA FAILED TO WIN A SINGLE match in the super 6s.

Indian top players failed in every knockout match. Same batsman play every knockout match and bowler change every tournament
India couldnot win icc tournaments because there are a few Teams that re better than India like-England,Australia and NZ was also a few years back,so this teams keep eliminating India.Even SA and pakistan's bowling is equipped to disturb India's strength i.e batting but our bowling is not.Moreover in Foreign conditions their pacers are unplayable to our batters except the top batters.
There is a single reason – There is no accountability. Our Management is one of the worst – they have no clarity. But such is the fan following of players that no one dares touches them. There still Kohli & Rohit fans who will come at you if you ask for more performance from them. The fact is, this have been worst 5 years of cricket in India when it comes to white ball cricket. In Test matches, they have misused pitches and deteriorated the team. We won in Australia only when we did not have our star performers. Otherwise our performance is shite and as a fans we should be asking for more when other batsman in Aus/ Eng are raking in runs.
Indian players today only worry about IPL.. all the rest are just games they would rather load manage..

WTC फाइनल 2023 हारनेके मुक्ख्य कारण:
1) रोहितका selectionही गलत था। रोहितका game खतम हो गया हैं। ये सत्य क्यूँ नहीं स्वीकारते हमलोग? रोहितके बदले जयस्वालको खिलाना था। 2) उमेश यादवके बदले आश्विनको लेना चाहिये था। 3)भरत के बदले ईशान किशनको लेना था। 4) toss जितके bowling लेनाभी गलत फैसला था।
कोईभी टेस्ट match हो आश्विनको खिलाना चाहिये। अभी दो-तीन सालतकतो आश्विन खेल सकता हैं।
