What went wrong is that the Exit door wasn't locked properly causing it to blow out due to the pressurization inside the cabin

With the first plane already delivered to state carrier Air China, the new location of the 737 factory is in Zhoushan about 290 km or 180 miles southeast of Shanghai… According to the Global Times, over 10,000 Boeing aircraft have parts made in China…Some parts for the 777Xcome from even further afield. Boeing recently opened its first office in Hanoi, Vietnam. The manufacturer already works with a supplier from Vietnam for the doors for the 777X which are assembled at the MHI Aerospace Vietnam facility. ..
Uh …I think they should quality test foreign made parts from the aforementioned countries before assembly in the USA
