We were already on shaky footing with historically low volume and almost pure whale pumps,narrowly avoiding a long-term bear market. More emphasis should be put into day trading as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. I went to an affordable college, worked and paid my tuition. You don't need to go to a school that charges you 50k a year just like you don't need to drive a Mercedes Benz when you can only afford a Honda. This is a load of crap that the taxpayers like electricians, plumbers, carpenters or anyone that has a trade should pick up this tab.

We should not be forgiving loans at taxpayer expense. What we should be doing is extracting the government from the loan process altogether. Colleges and universities have no reason to lower their costs when they know the government is footing the bill. We should also be getting some of these college heads up in front of Congress and start grilling them about costs.
