We should not have to go thru the hassle of taxes every year. It should be done for us by the government for free. Thanks to companies like H&R Block lobbying we get to pay the ones responsible for keeping this system going.
I don’t understand why USA doesn’t have a PAYE (pay as you earn) system, so you know in advance how much tax you’ll pay instead of filing annual tax returns & relying on rebates at the end of the year 🤔.
