Why this obsession with Trump's support in the GOP? Republicans make up only 27% of the electorate. If Trump gets 100% of the GOP vote in the election he'll still only have 27% of the vote.
The Democrats have 29% of the electorate – and I can't see any of them voting for Trump, can you? Independents make up 42%, and they're the ones everyone should be concerned about. Only a minority of them voted Trump last time around and I see no reason to believe this will change. After all that's happened over the last few years, anyone with either a brain or a heart despises Trump, as he deserves.

Even though Trump cheated banks, businesses, charities, construction contractors, law, lawyers, real estate, taxes, serving in the military, his wives, at golf and elections, his supporters keep giving him money because they have Sunken Cost Fallacy: when you put so much money into something that you're incapable to admit you made a mistake.
What is it, specifically, that makes folks so bitterly hateful of Trump? Believe me, I'm in that group of people. I think I hate him to his core because he's a liar who slapped our nation in the face numerous times and lowered our country's standing in the world hierarchy.
