1) Become better parents
2) Speak up when someone is acting out of character
3) Hold the parent(s) and anyone else that didn't speak up about the shooter sooner accountable
4) Take mental health more seriously

The shooter in TX also passed a background test and had no history of mental illness and no criminal history. So he was able to buy a gun. Instead of blaming the NRA we need to make the local police department fully accountable for their failure. So please tell me how is this the NRA'S fault???????
