Probably a great time to dump some cash reserves into VOO or something that tracks the S&P 500 but it could be bad. Don't buy crypto buy gold & silver instead if you're liquidating dollars. If you want high risk high reward scope out some oversold high volume stocks and get tons of shares. Right now CEI is a bargain but it could still be going down.
