I don't know if writers would missed, they've been writing some crappie movies and series, their woke it's awful. I don't pay for the crap!
I view this as a double edged sword, it's great because it can also shut down toxic things like pornhub and OF thus reducing the risk of women and children and men falling prey into oversexualization for money and greed by pedos, but for like hollywood there are still a lot of beautifully talented people weather working in front of or behind the camera who aren't getting the recognition that they deserve, I don't care for Hollywood or pop culture though, I think I'd prefer to support local theaters and smaller independent studios especially ones with better values.
Let them eat some hamburger helper like the rest of us.
