The lady who won it is not to smart, she is actually the dumbest person on the planet. Reason being is she chose to do the 29 year annual pay. Vs the lump sum of $ 783 million dollars . How stupid can you possibly be? So now beings she is so dumb if she were to die before the 29 years none of her family will inherit the money it goes back to the state. If she took the $783 million cash lump sum then if something were to happen to her at least her family will collect. This lady must not only be greedy but very stupid.
