There is zero reason for law enforcement to be involved in this matter.
As long as laws banning completely normal, routine, and necessary procedures such as pregnancy terminations remain on the books, incidents like this will continue to happen at increasing rates.

. Flushing a 22 week fetus, the baby weighs about a lb. at that time, down a toilet is not what most women would do. I had one at about 10 weeks and was told to bring the remains to the hospital. At. 22 weeks some babies are viable, some dont make it. Hospital is largely in part to blame for this, she needed to have labor induced. I lay this in the lap of the hospital and these horrible laws concerning abortion.
This is so disturbing. This prosecutor is a sick man. My heart breaks for her. You can see the shock and pain on her face. Does she have a legal defense fund for donations? The judge is also disgraceful.
