A woman escaped a makeshift cinder block cell after authorities say she was kidnapped and sexually assaulted by a 29-year-old man. The suspect is now in custody and charged with one count of interstate kidnapping. He has yet to enter a plea. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports.
