One woman is dead and 10 others are injured after a stolen car involved in a police chase crashed into two other vehicles in Woodland, California. Police said the person behind the wheel of the stolen car was a 13-year-old boy. KCRA’s Lee Anne Denyer reports.

The police need to stop chasing fleeing vehicles, that's what they got the helicopters for! These high-speed chases are not necessary if there are helicopters available!
That 13 year old should be facing life in prison without a chance for parole
Charges should be 1 count criminally negligent homicide, 10 counts attempted vehicular homicide, 10 counts reckless endangerment, 1 count reckless endangerment and 1 count aggravated vehicular assault on a person 6 years or younger. All told over 10 felonies which all carry at least 10 years in jail. Should be kept in a juvenile detention facility till he’s 18 before being released into the California State Prison System to serve out the remainder of his 25 year prison sentence.
