An Illinois woman who placed third in an amateur cycling championship is pushing back against criticism directed at the two transgender women who beat her in the event. She tells NBC’s Noah Pransky dozens of her cisgender counterparts are joining her to sign an open letter showing their support for inclusion.

More casual events like this where there isn't a lot on the line and it's not a contact sport is fine. This is completely different that the Leah Thomas situation, it made sense to be outraged about that, I mean we are talking about gold medals which can completed change someone life.
