Aaron Hale, a former U.S. Army bomb tech, lost his eyesight to an IED in Afghanistan and four years later lost all hearing from a freak exposure to meningitis. Hale recently launched his own candy company after his “Cooking Without Looking” TikToks went viral.

When things take a drastic change in life, learn to embrace the change along with stepping out of your comfort zone. You will end up loving the new you after time heals the first few weeks to montsh sometimes but it will always heal and adapt. Just like this man did. At first we all feel the same. Suicide. The drastic change is unbearable at first but just know those negative things that happen in life is ALWAYS temporary. So DO NOT make a permanent decision off of temporary emotions. Again when it randomly clicks at the most random’ist time while uour eating, working, walking or workin out etc.., you will put a smile on your face when it clicks and end up saying at the end of the day “im glad i didnt do anything dumb…today was a really good day 🙂 “
