If this speech is not answered morally and with the UN veto being remove from all then every nation no matter how big or small will have to own and control it's own nuclear weapons and enough of those weapons to guarantee significant destruction to give every nation pause before it attempts to invade another nations sovereignty. Without legal equality for every nation the United Nations will not continue and will fail as did the League of Nations for the same reason.
