Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a video address that peace talks between Ukraine and Russia were sounding “more realistic” but more time was needed. The Ukrainian president also condemned Russian bombings of civilian targets in Ukraine, calling them “obvious war crimes.”
