  1. This looks terrible and very unsatisfying.

  2. change the music…it is terrible

  5. This video has good ideas but would be more helpful if the quantities were included (either by weight or volume).

  6. Protein needed and can be realized by eliminating the honey, swapping polenta or eliminating egg. Also the olive oil on the salad was unnecessary calories.
