Broo exactly what i doo too reduce fat idgaf wht to eat i literally eat anything without caring about how much fat it contains but i eat it in a limit and wont let me stomach get full like i started with getting 90% full and slowly reducing to 85% 80% 75% etc. Eat to get taste not to get full๐๐โ๏ธ
