    – Customize your own meal plan
    – Do not UNDER eat. But also don't OVER eat.
    – Eat when you're hungry, not when you're thirsty.
    – Put vegetables for every meal you will have.
    – Cook your own food
    – Find healthy alternatives
    – Sleep more if you can ( adult problems)
    – Workout consistently. Start small. 3 times a week is good for beginners.
    – do weights and cardio
    – do the exercise you will love
