  5. I have to say I love your food prep but its not all about weight. Muscle weighs more than fat so if one works out and gains muscle- it can be misleading. Also, chewing gum activates your digestion, you signal to your stomach to start digesting, which is good if there is food, bad if stomach is empty.
    I just did a week prep of your food, its so helpful and saves me so much time. thank you

I’ve experimented with each and every weight loss guideline and also this fat loss program “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) is the one that works for me combined with their own products to lose weight. I don’t really feel jittery or maybe feel a crash, I am also not as hungry as I used to. Since implementing the procedures described in this particular plan, I lost 15 lbs already. .
