  1. Can somebody here that knows how to do this start a GoFundMe page for this young man to have all of this expunged from his record? This is ridiculous I cannot believe he will have a criminal record now. I got in trouble as a kid and my criminal record has followed me in my entire adult life.

  3. The White House peeps don’t show up when they are called to Congress.
But they aren’t charged with contempt.

  4. Baruch 4:25-27
[25]My children, suffer patiently the wrath that is come upon you from God: for thine enemy hath persecuted thee; but shortly thou shalt see his destruction, and shalt tread upon his neck.
[26]My delicate ones have gone rough ways, and were taken away as a flock caught of the enemies.
[27]Be of good comfort, O my children, and cry unto God: for ye shall be remembered of him that brought these things upon you.

  5. Galatians 4:28-29
[28]Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.
[29]But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.

  6. 1 Corinthians 4:12-14
[12]And labour, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it:
[13]Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day.
[14]I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you.

  7. Psalms 143:3-5
[3]For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
[4]Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
[5]I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.

  8. Psalms 109:15-17
[15]Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.
[16]Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.
[17]As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.

  9. Now he has 3 months probation and has to give speeches to future jurors that’s some bs. And that’s after getting some stuff dropped that’s crazy

  10. No hug for this young black man?

  11. This black family is too " accepting "

  12. As a 20 year old black man, seeing stuff like this is very scary I don’t want to have a criminal record for something stupid like this

  13. Disgusting, this judge should be put in jail for 10 days!

“He represents a very important cross section of our community”… which we show how important they are by locking them up, what the heck? 🤬

  14. I wouldn't apologize for **it after having spent time in jail. My time is my apology!

  15. I have jury duty in the morning

    Alarm clock don't fail me

  16. What a joke. Thanks judge for accepting his apolgy. Your to kind your majestrate

  17. Just wrong!!!!Little guy takes it , while the true crooks and lawbreakers ride in jaguars.

  18. None of us will live long enough to see racism vanish. This judge is clearly racist by the punishment giving to this young man who made a harmless, non-violent MISTAKE. Call it what you want but if a white juror was late for court he/she would have been fined at worst. Jail time was totally unnecessary and the young man sound like the kind person you will be glad to call son. All this does is leave a bad taste in his mouth about the justice system.

  19. I hate when people say "It's not that serious" well there you have it folks.

  20. Cause I had to do jury duty 2 years ago 😭😭 it's was terrible especially if you have social anxiety

  21. BLACK PEOPLE… not give your time to this wicked court system…do everything in your power to STAY OUT OF THEIR COURTS….nothing good comes to us for participating in their demonic system….ASK JOSHUA BROWN…oh you can't they murdered him.

  23. He seemed to be the most important juror according to the judge because he was black and therefore needed to get a criminal record to teach him a lesson. Judge should be disbarred.

  24. So because he was the only black juror (the judge said) he gave him a criminal record.

  25. So this black man now has a criminal record at the beginning of his adult life.

  26. His absence delayed the trail 45 minutes… so sentence him to 45 minutes of community service.
Let’s be real, there is no way the judge would hand down that sentence to an affluent white person. Age and race definitely influenced his judgement. So much for justice being blind… Judge should face repercussions.

  27. The judge is the casual white racist who glows seeing another African-American male got excluded from any chance at climbing the socio-economic ladder. The over-sentencing of A-A is slavery, Jim Crow by another name. The judge could have given him a fine, by sentencing the kid to jail and probation, he has made sure that the kid will never go to college, will never be a lawyer, an accountant. He had effectively blocked him from all the usual jobs that permit to working-class people to go up.

  28. In case anyone was wondering this is what racism looks like. It's people in power being unforgiving to those the deem "the other". This judge has acted with disgrace and cowardice, and is unworthy of the public trust.

  29. Racist Judge John Kastresnakes: Mr. Somerville, I've reduced the probation from 1 year to 3 months and will "consider" removal of a felony on your permanent record, but “I would like you to do us (the Court) a favor though.”

Mr. Somerville is now required to also speak in front of perspective jurors during probation.
No hug or a personal Bible for him.

  30. Judge is a power humgry POS! As most of them are.
