I've always been a bit hesitant and scared to do this one because it looks hard and intense, like quite a couple of Fitness Blender's older videos, so I actually avoided this one many times whenever I came across it! But IT ISN'T AS BAD AS I THOUGHT it was going to be!! It's mainly repetitive and I felt certain parts of my muscles sore and burning throughout, but overall it isn't too bad! Thank you guys! #homeworkout

  19. There's nothing intense about this. It's just long. 60 minutes of interval training would be more accurate.
