  13. Great video.. but I would love if you add metric scale. I believe your audience is worldwide. No one use empirical scale but you in US
    I disagree with the scale tip. I weight my self daily, or every couple days. It always remind me of my mission.

  21. I've got 16 kgs to go. But I've stalled for the first time. I'm not worried as it's most likely muscle growth. I've been lifting heavier and doing 3 sets instead of 2. ✌️👍Great advice as always.
