I read a book about a black 🐴 and a balance beam, and I believe it was talking about wages vs good's.they bid for my cattle and tell me how much they are going to pay and I take that money but the price of everything I need to raise cattle has went up more than what I get for the cattle and I had job's off the farm to make up the difference.the Big corporate farms are going to bend you over in the future and I don't want to hear any squalling because you didn't have sense to buy local.

When you work 40hrs. A week and can't even pay your rent than maybe the employer should look within.

People are sick of working and being poor
Work ethics? How about pay ethics? I lost faith in work or more to say employers in that I never had pay over $30,000 in a year, I seen and hear of people that lose there retirement or are now underfunded retirement due to a number of reasons that almost always is because of employers, wall street or inflation. Simple reality is that wages will never balance out with cost of living which means that working will not pay enough which inturn will require subsidies. Subsidies have requirements that add problems such as if there is a 401k for example then no help till the 401k is sold off so bye bye retirement. People once only need 1 job to support a family. If 1 40 hour job still had the same value then we can talk work ethics.
The people that are being tax out if the nose don’t want to live off of the Government.
You better hire us boomers before we all die off.
There no such thing as work ethics any longer and people/kids have become lazy.
