He doesn't just care about jazzy losing weight, he cares that she builds confidence and trust in herself that she can make healthy decisions for her body and her mind. Thats refreshing to see because only few trainers think about that. I just finished this episode and my thighs are on fire, but I'm determined!

  10. I am also 6 months postpartum! On my journey to lose 20lbs. It is not easy! I'm a personal trainer myself & i know what to do, but sheesh. Now i understand what my clients had to go through for this weight loss journey. I pushed my clients now i have to push myself!! You go Mama! Mind over matter

  13. Booty king!! I just finished the last day of week 3. On Monday is week 4 for me. I’m so excited. I feel stronger and more energetic. Thanks to you.   20. Been following video by video! And I haven’t lost much weight but definetly feel so much stronger and getting better in shape! I’m also breastfeeding so I find it hard to know how much to eat since they say you can’t lower your calories too much🥴 Can you help mommas like me calculate their calories since it’s a bit different than how you normally would.

    Or.. Don’t worry too much about diet and work out?? My goal is to tighten / tone/ grow muscle. I’m happy at my weight 143( coming from 207) if I drop to 135 that’s cool too. Any less, i look like a crackhead ( 😂 to me) Im 5’2 if that helps with a picture. I followed Jaz sis, but not in entirety when you did the weight loss series ( I was being lazy yet motivated 🤷🏾‍♀️) so don’t think I lost all this weight from just stress and no exercise . 😩🤣😩 I just want to know the quickest way to get snatched now 😛♥️👋🏾

  35. I have been using the MyFitnessPal app to track my food for the past few months and it is excellent and to user friendly. I like that you can even scan the barcodes of food you eat which is handy and makes food entry quicker. By using it I realised that I was eating too much Fat and not enough Carbs so have adapted my eating and continue to gradually lose weight. I previously used a note book as a food diary but this app gives you the exact calories and keeps you on track.
