  3. fatsecret is a pretty cool app. You can actually take a photo of what you plan to eat and it recognizes the food in the photo. Pretty amazing. Then it shows on your timeline which makes it a motivator to me not to embarrass myself.

  5. The only problem I have with the list is that I have android and fitbod isn't on the store so any recommendations on another workout app?

  6. I am obsessed with SHRED on iOS. Totally changed the way I workout in the gym and is hands down the best workout app I've ever used! Way better than anything else I've tried. Best part? It's free!

  15. For me personally, I prefer being more organic with my lifestyle and listening to my body instead of tracking numbers and such (it sparks an OCD behaviour to some degree too.)
    But I will say, I think apps like these are awesome if you have a specific goal you wanna reach or a lifestyle that requires more tracking.
