  1. However it's still murder

  2. He knew he caused her brain damage and was not about to have a vegetable fiancé plus serve jail time. Instead, while in panic-mode finished her. He’d rather pretend that she abandoned him and Gabby will just remain a missing person. Remember the text “no service in Yosemite” which he sent using Gabby’s cellphone to her mom and fake texts between his phone and Gabby’s? He was a budding criminal mind. He wasn’t planning to commit suicide. He didn’t expect the search and rescue to look in Wyoming which made him nervous.

  3. There's something very wonky about this note.

  4. I bet a lot of hits confessions were about him be being a serial killer

  5. That wasnt a confession that was a feel bad for me and my family. no one would ever killed someone they love, you would die trying to get her help and/or let her pass out and get her to the car

  6. his parents are pure evil. they are behind everything.

  7. I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THE ACCEPTED BELIEF EVEN OF KNOWLEDGEABLE PROFESSIONALS IS, A DYING MAN ALWAYS TELLS THE TRUTH. AND BRIAN LAUNDRIE KNEW HE WAS A DYING MAN (BY SUICIDE), IF HE INDEED KILLED SELF SHORTLY AFTER WRITING THE 8-PAGE NOTES. AND FROM THE SOUND OF IT, BRIAN WAS RATTLED, CONFUSED, AND DISORGANIZED (AFFECTING HIS DECISIONS) BECAUSE OF GABBY'S PAINFUL SUFFERING.

  8. so narcissistic to say he was merciful

  9. His notebook is an obvious excuse to deflect his murderous intent. His language that I can't live without her read more like a murder-suicide than a mercy killing. He had already decided to kill himself but obviously lacked the courage after he initially killed her (maybe a push off a ledge or argument push, et al)- he then ran home and then decided to end his life when he knew that it was life in prison for premeditated manslaughter

  10. I cannot kill my husband even if he is in too much pain
I would do everything to get help
Nah! Excuses until the very end…
Why cant he just be truthful when he is going to kill himself anyway?

  11. He was able to speed going back home
Why cant he speed up to bring gabby home or in hospital when she was in pain?
Nah, he messed up and killed her
He killed himself to make her parents happy
It obviously came from anger towards them like “so are you happy now?”
And to save his own family from all of it

  12. No way that notebook survived being underwater for 5 weeks. This whole thing SCREAMS distraction psy op. Probably intended to pull people out of their anger so they dont march on capital buildings with torches over Roe v Wade overturned. They could at least make it somewhat feasible.

  13. Regardless what happens it's not going to bring that boy and that girl back

  14. Straight up B.S. Brian and his parents expect the world to believe this? The whole family is messed up.

  15. His story is delusional. The location of where her body was found didn't look like someplace she'd fall — and even if she did, who would strangle their loved one if they were seriously hurt instead of going to find help? And if he did everything he possibly could to assist her in mortal distress, why would he leave her body there for animals to prey on then drive home without telling anybody, instead of contacting park rangers or LE? No, he needed to lie to himself and the world in his final moments, rather than confess to his violent temper and stupidity.

  16. Brian was definitely mentally ill if this was his genuine logic.

  17. Absolutely BS. The contents are total BS. AND what's even worse is where it came from- HIS family's attrny.. They wanted ZERO to do with Gabby/her family/ the investigation/ helping find her… NOTHING to do with this whatsoever except when it came to their son, his belongings, and his bank account. Now this? So, that means 1). Her family likely heard about this the same way we did
    and
    2) They're getting PAID PAID for this 😡. How awful to hurt them AGAIN and in such a public way.. They do not deserve ANYTHING – not a dime, not a second of attention, and certainly not any mercy 💔

  18. Low life lied to the very end.

  19. You gotta be kidding me.

  20. She was so hot 🥵 how could he do that he was so lucky she was with him!

  21. They had a van, he could have driven her to the hospital. The letter is a BS.

  22. Yeah the laundrie parents are big fat bastards too that deserves to be erased from existence after the second coming or unless if all three of them are being erased from existence as we speak

  23. Nobody believes that. 🙄

  24. A case only grips the nation if the news chooses to use it as a main headline every day for ratings. All of you “news” sites are garbage.

  25. They were both nuttier than a fruit cake.

  26. his story is made up and it did not happen that way nothing of his story makes sense. he was skitzo and much crazier than anyone realized. he also complained of "hearing voices" the first page SAYS IT ALL with the writing humping up and downhill the guy was clearly crazy.

  27. I remember hearing that Florida doesn't have a law against conspiracy after the fact and aiding & abetting a criminal. A panel was discussing it on YouTube right after the parents started acting shady and let Brian get away.

  28. Smh but why sue the parents, they both lost their chdren … All about money now 🤦🏻‍♀️

  29. Obviously he beat the crap out of her and injured her. Instead of taking her to ER, where he knew he would be charged with battery, he decided to get rid of the evidence by killing the witness and victim.

  30. Laundrie was a self-serving, lying sack of excrement right up to his last breath. Un-freaking-believable. "Yeah. So she fell and broke some bones, so then I strangled her to ease her pain… you know, as one does, right?". Gimme a break.

  31. That entire letter is a lie imo an I hope her family does sue his family cause I think his family helped him before he killed his self

  32. how did the notebook not get damaged in the water that supposedly kept searchers from finding it during the first few weeks? I distinctly remember the story was that the area Brian and his belongings were found in was flooded when searchers tried to search there early on in the search and no backpack would be totally waterproof if submerged for weeks

  33. "injurys" What a moron 😄

  34. He even lied in his confession. 🤦🏽‍♀️. He knew he was abusing her and killed her in cold blood!

  35. The fact that you thought you could make a decision to mercy kill someone….you’re a monster. That’s a huge decision and it would be hard for anyone with a heart. And instead of trying to get help and knowing she still had even 1% of a chance, you murdered her. Disgusting.

  36. They new there son did kill that girl They should go and do their time for all the pain they cause gabby family and friends
