I remember seeing a loong time ago, one video on YT about some weird cloud material shape on top of a big tree, moving very weird like organic, never saw that video again. Maybe it was taken down. On 2019 i saw something similar at night in medellin
You'd think with all the high technology we have these days, and the high mega pixel count most cameras have, and the fact that satellites in space can get extremely HIGH quality pictures from hundreds of miles up, that the government would be able to get extremely sharp pictures of these things, instead of capturing video that looks like it's from the 60's.
I'm pretty sure by the looks of it is a bird and as we all know some birds are capable of Dipping into the water and coming back out SMH
