Josie…your are so sweet bathing the dogs. As you are that sweet with them, you will be a wonderful mother! Your Vlogmas has been the best, most festive on youtube (I might have told you this the other day). I'm sorry that the UK is having such restrictions. We are not getting together with my family here in the US either. It will just be my hubby (his family are all still in England) and I…and of course our two kitties.

Quality street was No. 1 chocolate in our house since childhood and we still have to have them especially during Christmas. Our No. 1 now is Lindt.. Thet are so popular here in Canada…they do the best dark chocolate.

Hi Josie, it’s always a pleasure to watch your videos . Just love them. About the snack box you received, one is the ball it’s Indian and we stuff it with boiled smash potatoes with salt,coriander leaf and dash of lime juice. And you can put sprouted legumes . Now make a green water to fill it up , mix handful of mint leaves and coriander leaves put little water and make a paste in mixi machine . Then mix two cups of water , salt pink Himalayan, and lemon juice . I put a green chilli in the paste . The water is tangy , now make a hole in the panipuri ball and fill with potato and fill with water and eat it . So yumm.

Bay leaves and nutmeg is a must in a bechamel sauce (white sauce) To avoid lumps, mix butter and flour with a fork, place in a pan and slowly add milk and stir. Add cheese, and season with nutmeg, bay leaves, salt and pepper…mustard if desired. If the sauce is too thin and you don't want to add more cheese, add more butter with mixed flour into the cheese sauce.

Loved the vlog – When Charlie was trying to catch Dexter and had the long umbrella in his hands – it might have put Dexi in a spin – my friends sausage dog does that when her father walks them as he has a walking stick 😜😜😜😜. Defo more sauce in the Mac & Cheese- you can never have enough – am so looking forward to our Boxing Day Lobster Mac & Cheese. As you say London & Surrey in total lockdown so hubby and I have had to isolate at home AGAIN until at least 18 Jan so the letter says 🙈🙈 thankfully we have all our shopping as our Devon trip was cancelled last week. I adore those ‘cinema’ chairs in the hall – they look fabulous. Hopefully you can store and freeze some of the extra food you bought for the Christmas period. You should be able to freeze some of the mince pies too (unless you’ve burnt more of them 😈😈😈). ❤️

Add a chunk of onion studded with a bay leaf to your Mac and cheese sauce sprinkling some nutmeg and paprika, it will take your sauce to another level.
ECO = less water = longer time to ensure proper cleaning.
