  1. The researcher really doesn't want to state what the worst-case scenario is. How about a drastic cut in power generation, farms that can't produce, leading to shortages, and rationing of drinking water. And I am just an observer on the sidelines. It is just so obvious.

  2. Stop lying and saying this is due to climate change. Its been known for decades that the dam was built based on water data from extraordinarily wet years and now we are over using the water this mess is mismanagement it has nothing to do with climate change

  3. The Hohokam moved outta Maricopa Co, AZ, from a 35yr drought in the 1400's … the O'odham Territory crosses the border by at least 22,000yrs by the footprints in WhiteSands NP, they from the emigration relied on flood agriculture to this day.

Europeans are globally disconnected from revering Earth as a living entity that demands respect or you lose it all, extinction in 3.5ky-5ky at this time unstoppable.

Don't dream up sht, you're too ignorant of oceanography paleontology glaciology astronomy & geophysics to open ur mouth.

  4. when are people going to wake up and realize that "God" is allowing this to happen. Because of the "sin" of the American people. America is under God's slow judgement…turn from your sin, and pray for rain

  5. Not climate change its migration. Bulk of population relies on 1 small river in desert where it rarely rains. Meanwhile rest of country is experiencing record floods.

  6. Not to be that GUY, but we as Colorado need to build a COLORADO DAM .AND KEEP ALL ARE WATER… and sell to the highest bidder. All those filthy rich city's and golf course loving towns … in the sand. Need to pay we all want electric vehicles .. question . Why is there not allot of salt water distillation facilities in states that are on the ocean. . Lazy sorry, I'm just thinking with no filter. .. I USE VERY LIL WATER, NO WASTING IT. NO CAR WASH ever. SHOWER 1 TIME A WEEK, SAILOR SHOWER. I USE MOST THAT WATER TO WATER MY PLANTS. God bless you all stay safe , n stay healthy.

  7. Due to California and Arizona growing crops in the desert, unchecked home and golf course's building in Utah, Nevada, Arizona. Stupidity reigns supreme in the western deserts.

  8. Better tell the Republicans that climate change isn't a liberal plot! Oh and good luck communicating with that bunch.

  9. It's not climate change, it's environmental terrorism. Foreign and domestic

  10. Better stop raising Cattle in this area those big boys need lots of water !!

  11. “The United States Empire will fall, and the world will laugh at how vulnerable the Americans actually are.”

  12. Watch earth turn to Mars… get your front row seats 💺

  13. dont worry Yellowstone will bring us back to 536 AD

  14. Claus Schwab is smiling

  15. And absolutely nobody cares…. can't you tell? What a tragic comedy.

  16. Leonardo DiCaprio stressed this at his Oscars win…… Climate Change is REAL!!
    It's getting HOTTER!!!!!
Humanity is on the verge People!!!

  17. Easy solution, cut off California and make them desalinate. Most of that water was never even met to go to California anyway. California is full of users, moochers, and wannabes, so just cut them off and let them find new solutions. They won’t try if they aren’t forced to, that how west coasters are.

  18. Stock up on food and water

  19. Too many people using the water.

  20. Too many people live there. Also all the development. This is really one of the main reasons.

  21. Climate change is part of it.. This is due to over consumption. Watering golf courses, new towns popping up etc….

  22. Really, made 40% worse by climate change, says the "expert" from Nat Geo? 87% of the water from the Colorado river goes to agriculture, corn to be more specific. 60% of this corn is used to produce Ethanol. Ethanol used to power internal combustion engines, when taken all together, Ethanol uses more water than any other form of energy extraction. It doesn't help that that the Colorado river is now supporting twice the population it was in 1977. This is not a climate change disaster, it is a case of piss poor management of resources, and pork belly spending. We have been lied to, there is no "Climate Crisis" open the door, walk outside, breathe deep, then take a kid fishing, the planet is doing fine. Cheap and plentiful Fossil fuels, have lifted billions out of poverty, and can lift billions more in the future.

  23. 40 million using water from that river. I didn't know 40 million were using that water say 200 years ago let alone 20. Resources are finite not infinite.

  24. It’s Californian fault.
