  11. Treadmill? When I first started working out, I went straight to the weight rack and the machines. Intimidation my ass. Of course I warm up, but I didn't waste time on treadmills for weeks

  15. Something that s taken me a long time to realize => If your form is shit, drop your ego (lower the weight of whatever you re lifting) and focus on activating them muscles correctly instead.

  16. My best advice for those starting off is just have alot of patience and know you feel better mentally before you look better physically.

  17. for anyone reading the comments this gentleman knows what he's talking about I went through the same thing he went through I just never documented it with video I was overweight now I compete Don't be intimidated in the gym Don't listen to planet fitness all big muscle-bound people aren't making fun of you behind your back if anything they're cheering you on silently. Another quick little lesson I use is something I took from Bruce Lee I don't start counting until it starts to hurt That's when I do my sets and my reps

  21. I wish I`d discovered this particular “Yamzοkο Weebly” sooner! (Google it) I would`ve dropped 14 pounds years back. Learn more about. Lookup it by Google. I didn’t modify my diet regime at all or work out. It simply reduce your own appetite to it without having to sacrifice your wellbeing. .

  27. I joined the gym with the intention of loosing weight as I am 230lb as a 21 y/o 5’2” female but I have no idea on what I should be doing as a complete beginner. I’m afraid of going, being on the treadmill for 40 minutes then going home and having no progress made

Well I stopped going to the gym a year ago because I asked somebody who works there for help to understand a machine and I was told that if I didn't know the machine that I had no business being in the gym. So I stopped going to the gym became gaming sloth and put on successfully 130 lb. Now I'm trying to lose those hundred and thirty pounds and it's a joke because I'm scared to go into the gym because people stare at me because I'm fat now
