  15. Completed Day 3 workout. Took one day break each after day 1 and also after day 2. Partly Due to some circumstances and mainly due to laziness. I couldn't feel my legs after day 1! But, now I feel good and energetic and definitely not giving it up!! I am a 28 year old female weighing 94 kgs, height 5 ft 7 in. I have thyroid and PCOD. And I am pretty serious about this routine. Is there anything else I need to combine with it to see a sustainable result in the long run?
