A three-vehicle crash left a semi-truck dangling from a bridge in Louisville, Ky., trapping the driver. She was rescued by a firefighter who rappelled down to the cab of the truck. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports.

Too bad the police ruined it all by handing her a parking ticket before she was even out of the harness.

The praying placed a big damper on the situation, thankfully in other civilized countries our professionally educated emergency response people don't say this, as otherwise it turns a critical situation into a joke.
