  1. Gas lines in all major cities are going. Been getting worse as I started seeing and smelling work being done on lines since 2011. Philadelphia too.

  2. why are so many building and houses exploding now

  3. I believe the quality of the comments here is a more serious concern than even the decay of infrastructure.

  4. Aging infrastructure…..more of this will happen in many cities

  5. Feel like they dont care about the kids…..

  6. Thanx to the firefighters, but…
If they could smell the gas from the street, why did people need firefighters to tell anyone to evacuate?
    Shouldn't that have already happened?
I mean, was it: "Hey, smell that gas? This probably isn't great for these kids to breath and could be dangerous… Let's wait to see with the Fire Department says."
Either way, glad no one was seriously hurt!

  7. Dang, good job guys. And look, instant urban renewal!

  8. I mean, it's south east DC. Expectations were not high.

  9. Firefighters don't get nearly enough pay or gratitude. My father is celebrating 50 years in his district this year and he really is the toughest man I know! He's still an active fighter too! I can't imagine the horrible things he has witnessed. But he says that for every awful scene, he remembers that there are also a lot of great saves and miracles. 🇺🇸❤️💚💙

  10. You SEE? God IS good! Amen 🙏

  11. Old building old gas pipes. This happens in all cities. No one inspects these gas pipes annually and this is what happens.

  12. As our infrastutcture continues to decay, expect more events like this. Every time you drive over a bridge, you have to wonder if your car will be the one that breaks it. And maintain your buildings. Building are machines that need regular inspection and maintenance. I know, nobody cares anymore.

  13. Why isn't Biden giving funding to make the US safe?

  14. So many explosions, gas related, all over the US.

  15. Bowser is a joke. Accountability is her kryptonite.

  16. Now those are first responders who know what they’re doing!

  17. A lot of gas explosions lately.
