  1. 1:46 — The lawyer calls him a "young boy." He was 29 years old.

  2. I'm so disappointed that these were Black officers. As the black man I feel we can't catch a break even from our own.

  3. Bunch of hypocrites. Never ever seen a family who would take a blame for a poor upbringing. It's always somebody else's fault, me perfect. Geez

  4. This is scary. I am showing my kids this video and letting them know to COMPLY WITH POLICE. I want my kids to come home alive. Spread this message everyone!!

  5. All 5 officers were black so where is blm and all the nationwide protest that would have happened if these cops are white, you folks out there are hypocrites

  6. My tears don't help, but I cannot stop; WHEN, WHEN will officers put their egos and adrenalin aside and PROTECT the public, including perpetrators? Until the court finds guilt, they are innocent and it is a peace officer's duty to protect all life.

  7. Looks like murder to me.

  8. Some one please please tell me when is this type of conduct going to stop

  9. Of course they NEVER BLAME THE VICTIM. Considering he caused the problem to begin with.

  10. Even if he didn't cooperate in the traffic stop❗ He is human and didn't deserve to be killed. My prayers go out to the families 🙏🙏🙏

  11. Why are these officers walking free?! They murdered this poor young man! Nothing deserves that kind of beating! Nothing!

  13. I'm just happy the cops were all black. If they were white we'd have riots.

  14. Why did he run????????? WHEN YOU GET STOPPED BY THE POLICE IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH INTELLECT TO NOT RUN. It doesn't make a difference if you are black or white, if you don't cooperate, you will will probably get shot. Shame on you for blaming the police. And I don't even have much respect for the police, but Why would I run from a traffic stop unless I'm guilty of something. Shame, shame on this family for blaming the police because your son ran. Just another black family trying to make money off their dead son. Shame on you.

  15. In the first place, he wasn't shot; instead, he was beaten until his neck was broken. In the second place, everyone believed that he wasn't cooperating.

  16. We don’t need to know what is on video
I am sure it is disgusting 🤢
I am sorry for your loss Mr and Mrs Nichols
I bet Tyre had nothing on him

  17. Rather disgusted by those blaming the young man
Disgusting diatribes against the boy and hate speech
    Rest in peace
    Praying for his family 🌹🙏

  18. Why do they always believe they have a right to be violent citizens without consequence?

Here's a guy that was putting innocent lives at risk and Law Enforcement did their job responding to it. He then accelerated the situation until they had to use reasonable force on him and he died as a result of his own actions.

    Innocent Lives Matter.

The streets are clearly safer without him on them. Raise your children better next time. Law Enforcement did their jobs, thank the gods. 😶‍🌫
