  1. Automation is all about the business owners taking all of the money, and creating a race to the bottom for workers salaries.

  2. What is this machine actually doing? It seems to be moving dirt in the middle of an empty field. Doesn't look that impressive to me.

  3. There is no labor shortage. If there was, Amazon could not fill hundreds of thousands of crappy jobs. In some cases people get more money not to work, which is a sad reality of this country.

  4. Yes it is a perfect solution that doesn't breakdown

  5. Better start letting farmers have right to Repair them or is just going to explode in our faces. They can't buy this stuff without signing away their right to repair the equipment they buy. This has caused massive problems for farmers. Shame on you John Deere.

  6. Still in effect…
March 13th 2020, President Trump declared a public health emergency under the Public Health Service Act on Jan. 31, issued two national emergency declarations under both the Stafford Act and the National Emergencies Act (NEA) on March 13, and invoked emergency powers via Executive Order under the Defense Production Act on March 18. On March 19, Trump named the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as the lead agency in the COVID-19 emergency response efforts, a designation previously held by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). These actions have varying implications but collectively allow the federal government to deliver virus response funds and other assistance to state and local governments in an effort to reduce the spread of the virus and protect the economy against its mounting impact.

They're not trying to learn anything to increase their value to employer's or even learn a trade to be skilled at !! They just want it all right now ! I believe it must be brought back to society . Don't work then don't eat !!! Don't work then you don't have any place to stay or live !!! Time to STOP this government hand out system to abled body people who can work . They're just too lazy to work !!! They want the pay of a highly skilled worker as they don't know anything and can not do that highly skilled work or skilled trades work !!! 14. Shortage of workers?more like a shortage of pay those heavy tractor operators are probably getting little more than minimum wage. The same complaint is given for the driver shortage," we can't find quality drivers". I know the real problem low pay, long hour and very little quality home time.

  15. Labor shortage because people want to stay home and he free money
