There are plenty of countries with no US extradition treaty, such as Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc., so Trump pulling a "Roman Polanski" is not out of the realm of possibility. Though one of the requirements of presidential candidates is to "have been a resident of the United States for 14 years", I can find no rule requiring a candidate to in fact currently reside in the US. This poses an interesting prospect of a virtual presidential candidate phoning it in via Skype…
