  16. I have done a lot of research on diet. Although I can see a benefit of ditching dairy and processed foods if you are still eating fat and meat you are still adding inflammation to your body. So far I see you very focused on keto, which I believe is several steps up from the Standard american diet.. I believe if you really want to experience healing you should be plant based.
