This workout contains simple bodyweight exercises that doesn’t require much space or additional equipment.

    i was dripping sweat i had to rest and watch k drama :/

  5. Oh,, My.. Saw on Today show that one of the anchors on there does these work outs and U figured I'd give it a try.. Until the floor exercises I was doing OK,, Man am I out of shape.. I knew I was but this proved it.. Trying not to get discouraged

So im trying to start this because i hate how i look, in school i compare myself to all the other girls (i go to a all girl middle school) and i feel like no one can love me with this body…and my mom even takes me to a weight lost place. Of course I'm loosing weight by going to the weight lost place because they give me diets but I feel like I need to push myself by doing excersise.maybe one day I can come back to this comment and say I wrote this when I was fat
