Gees, it is really sad to see what 50 years of a bad SCOTUS ruling in it's overstepping legislative procedure to create Roe. The absolute brainwashing is atrocious. For all those who believed that you had a "right" to abortion, I have news for you. You never had a "right" to abortion. What you had was a PRIVILEGE based upon a bad SCOTUS ruling. Out "rights" cannot be taken from us because government did not give them to us. We are born with our "rights". PRIVILEGES however, can be taken away because government can give them out.
The declaration of independence guaranteed all citizens the right to LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Not the right to terminate life. Can't have both – it's either a right to LIFE or a right to death . And obviously, our founders chose life. And now each state will deal with the matter as deemed appropriate by its citizens.
