I’m 11 years old 5 feet 3 inches tall and 140 pounds I say I’m fat and I’m not big big but I’m not my goal weight I’d love to be 100-110 pounds but for my height I’m gonna have more weight on me and then I’ll be underweight. I’ve told my mom (she’s the grocery shopper) I want to exercise, eat healthy I wanna be healthy me, my mom and my dad all wanna be healthy but we’ve never go exercise we never eat healthy and I have some apps on my phone that keep up with my health, the foods I eat, and exercises to do every day! I exercise off my app about 1-2 a week cause we are always so busy and I never have time when we have free time I just wanna relax!! Now here’s my problem you know stress eaters yep I’m kinda one but instead of stress it’s boredom..when I’m bored I eat it’s a habit of mine and it’s gotta stop I’ve gotten better it’s not as bad anymore I have stopped one of my habits, finger nail biting instead of biting my nails I file or clip them! Renee if you are reading this please tell me more good ways so I can inspire my family and finally have my dream lifestyle! A healthy one
