  6. You do all this hair and body care post-workout instead of having that protein shake as soon as possible? Then you're burning your muscle you were just trying to build during the workout session… 1) Smoothie (replenish on your protein) 2) other stuff!

  8. You obviously know nothing about skin care, you have just had a shower and washed your face, you do not need to get out of the shower and start cleaning it again. There is not that much 'dirt' build up from going to the gym! Water is a cleanser and moisturiser you do not need to add loads of product to your skin, most of them do nothing but sit on the skin. Oil is the best thing for your skin, and the gummies are not good for you lol…just eat good food you do not need to waste your money on suppliments. All these beauty products and health products are just to get you to spend money they actually do nothing for your body.
