    The truth is most things are "processed". It's when it's consumed in excess when it's an issue (among other things like being high energy and very palatable). The word 'processed' is too heavily used for fearmongering lol

    That aside…this is misguided advice smh. Focussing on losing water weight (unless you're making weight for sport) it's pointless. Focus on sustainable lifestyle change that's guided by ACTUAL evidence to create a caloric deficit you can stick to for weight loss. #trustmeimadietitian 😎

They give me plenty of strength as well as reduce my urge for food, yet I don`t quit once they wear off which I really like, and they also don`t make me jittery. I did nothing special on my very own diet plan and i also still are able to lose my unwanted weight to 7 lbs. .
