I LOST 30 POUNDS IN 30 DAYS – 13 Weight Loss Tips – Lose Weight Fast

In the past, I have lost 100 pounds two times. I have lost 50 pounds about 5 times. This time I am going to lose 150 pounds and I won’t stop until I reach my goal. Find out how I lost 30 pounds in 30 days by not only changing how I eat, but how I feel about food. I’m doing the mental, mind work to not be a compulsive over eater. I have binge eating disorder and I have not binged for several years now. Obesity is a disease. It is chronic. This is the year I cure my disease. This is my journey to lose over 100 pounds.

My highest weight: 365 pounds. Lowest weight was 225. Weight gain during pregnancy…. I just had a newborn baby girl and this is the last child I will have, so I am on the weight loss path for good now. Also, losing weight and getting healthy is the focus of this year. I have been suffering from breathing problems for the last couple of years now, and I want to be rid of this. I believe I may also have an auto-immune disease that has gone undiagnosed. My health has not been good for a few years now, and I want to correct that for good. I cook food, living a Low carb lifestyle with REAL food, all made from scratch. No processed foods, no chemicals, no sugar, no grains. High Fat Low Carb HFLC Atkins diet, and ketogenic foods and meals will be uploaded once a week from here on out! Thanks for all the support!

  8. Stay away from animal products stick to plant based it’s healthy and will lose faster but not raw vegan as much as you eat animal flesh or dairy you will have more hormonal problem

  21. Saw your 10 day fast, you wanted to do longer…what? At end of day 3 your in starvation mode, it Will not reset your metabolism…how can it be healthy to go past 3 days? I am not sure why anyone would do it?, or how it could be healthy?..confused

  24. Thats my problem as well I never write down what I eat or measure , I haven't done the Intermittent fasting yet as many tell me I need to do. I am not motivated to exercise but I know I need to exercise . I have my elliptical and I will after I heal from surgery get on it . I lost with HCG diet 85 pounds but within the 3 years of adding my carbs and sugar back gained 50 back. I can understand how you feel. I hope this keto works for me.

I AM going to attempt KETO + Intermittent Fasting. *I do Intermittent Fasting by accident many days. Have done Atkins- worked when I was younger, but now I'm 53. Is this video one of your Latest?
