  10. Do you think it counts as messing up my fast if I have some coffee with creamer in the morning?

  11. I do this for 2yrs now. I need no exercise to be healthy, i have a flat belly, looking pretty young and healthy. Actually i didn't kbow this is the cause because its natural in me. I don't need breakfast, i eat once daily, drink enough and alot of vegetables and healthy fats. That's all

  16. I’ve started today. 03/Jan/2020 70.6 kgs / 155 lbs.
I don’t want to lose weight, just a bit of face weight and belly fat. Will update after a week.

    Update after two weeks.
I’m down to 68.5 kg / 151 lbs. people still call me “fat” but I don’t mind, I like the “thick look”. Still with the face weight, still with the belly fat, but it’s firmer now because I’ve been doing “vaccums”. I’ve lost 4 lbs

  21. I started on the 30th december –> 70,5 kg

because of New Years I took a break hehe, now I restarted a week ago
    11th January –> 69 kg
    19th January –> 68,6 kg

  22. How many meal a day do you eat

  23. I was on the 16/8 the majority of the way for 5 months. I also Incorporated some 20/4 intermittent fasting cycling as well. Doing this method, I lost 73 pounds in exactly 5 months! Intermittent fasting is definitely not a gimmick or a fluke! This absolutely works people!!

  24. Hey Emi I am so glad you made this video, because I thought that I was the only one who ate like this for around four years. I just heard about intermittent fasting on the news and after I searched on the internet for it I found you. Let me tell you how I got to have a fast like this:
I am an oriental Christian myself so there is a lot of fasting going on in my church through my church and after getting in college I took fasting seriously and it evolved into a daily pattern where I eat only twice a day skipping breakfast and dinner. This type of fast I have done for six months now, and I have a lot of experience in it.
my perpetual fast allows me to set my mind on heavenly things and it isn't all for staying healthy.
I never eat my dinner, I skip breakfasts except for days I bless which are holidays and I eat at 12 PM good foods like you ate at 2 PM and I eat light food at 4 PM like those you didn't eat. by light food I mean like either a pastry, biscuit or just plain bread. I drink water or just tea at 4 PM. it is at these two times I ever get to put anything in my mouth, I don't snack on anything after 12 PM or 4 PM, and I never cheat. After I eat at 4 PM what gets me through the night is light work to midnight. I go to sleep on 12 am and I sleep for four hours. I wake up at 4 am and pray to my lord and get to make up my bed and other stuff. I step outside my house and walk for two hours and get back home at 8 am. this is my daily routine and it has given me a happy life and it has given me so much life and light. because of this I am set for the day and I am never mentally bored. this has made me longsuferring, simple and intelligent.
I hope you will evolve as I did, I am only 24 years old and I am sure I will better myself in the days to come as well

  25. This video is the first video I saw about IF. I gave it a try the next day. Surprisingly, IF is very easy for me. First, I was doing 16:8 for a year and then 18:6 for three months, but then I realized that even when I was doing 16:8, I fasted on average 22hrs. So now I am doing one meal a day naturally. Two years IF with no single day cheating. Weight went from 55kg to 49. Body fat went from 28% to 20%. Mild exercise. I am 166cm.

  26. Me, a diabetic (1), could never

  27. How much you do a workout in a week?
