MYRON, BACK IN THE 1ST OF AUGUST OF YEAR 2014 I DECIDED TO EXERCISE IN THE GYM AT A SLOW AND EASY PACE AND DIDN'T CARE OF HOW MUCH TIME IT WOULD TAKE ME TO BURN MUCH FAT OFF AND I WEIGHED 250 POUNDS AND I AM 5 FEET, 10 INCHES TALL IN HEIGHT. I DECIDED TO WORKOUT I THINK 5 DAYS A WEEK OR EVERYDAY, I DON'T REMEMBER MUCH BUT IT WOULD BE 30 MINUTES OF CARDIO EVERY TIME AND THE EASIEST 3 CARDIOS OF 10 MINUTES EACH; ELLIPTICAL AT LEVEL 1, BIKE AT LEVEL 1 AND TREADMILL, WALKING 3 MPH AND JOGGING 6 MPH FOR 1 MINUTE EACH UNTIL I COMPLETE 10 MINUTES. BEFORE THE CARDIOS I WOULD DO HEAVY WEIGHTS, CHEST, ARMS, BACK, LEGS, LIGHT ON ABS AND BUILT AB STRENGTH OVER TIME. I WORKED ALL OF THAT OUT FOR 1 GOOD MONTH AND BY THE FIRST OF SEPTEMBER I NOTICED THAT DRASTIC RESULT CHANGE. I LOOKED LIKE I BURNED OFF 10 POUNDS; WENT FROM WEARING A 2XL SHIRT TO AN XL SHIRT, WENT FROM 250 TO 240, I SAW THE WEIGHT-SCALE. THROUGHOUT THAT TIME I HAVE BEEN EATING MORE HEALTHY THAN JUNK, I ATE JUNK FOODS THROUGHOUT THE MONTH BUT LESS. FOR EVERY 1 JUNK MEAL I HAD I ATE 2 HEALTHY MEALS; HEALTHY BREAKFAST, JUNK LUNCH, HEALTHY DINNER. FROM THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER THINGS CHANGED A LITTLE, I CHANGED MY DIET AND EXERCISE A LITTLE, THIS TIME I DECIDED TO GO PURELY HEALTHY, DRANK A LOT LOT LOT MORE WATER BUT I SQUEEZED IN 1 LEMON EVERYDAY TO MIX IT, NO SUGAR ADDED, NO SWEETNERS EXCEPT REAL RAW HONEY WITH THE COMB FROM TIME TO TIME, JUST WATER AND LEMON. PURE FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND STEAKS. MY EXERCISE CHANGED FROM 30 MINUTES OF CARDIO TO 10 MINUTES BUT THIS TIME IT WAS LITERALLY EVERYDAY SINCE IT WAS EASIER. THE CARDIO TYPES WERE THE SAME, ELLIPTICAL, BIKE AND TREADMILL BUT I SWITCHED THEM EACH DAY FOR 10 MINUTES EACH. BY THE FIRST OF OCTOBER I BURNED OFF MORE FAT; THE WEIGHT-SCALE READ 235 POUNDS AND I COULD WEAR AN XL SHIRT FINE. APPROACHING HALLOWEEN OF THE SAME YEAR WITH THE SAME CHANGED WORKOUT ROUTINE OF 10 MINUTES OF CARDIO THE WEIGHT-SCALE READ 230 POUNDS AND I COULD WEAR A LARGE SHIRT FINE. WHY WAS THAT??? I'D APPRECIATE YOUR PROFESSIONAL OPINION ABOUT THIS.
