  1. 1 billion? Nobody getting that money, theres no way the insurance companies pay that thats crazy money.

  2. Glad to see this! I'm currently dealing with a structural issue in and around my condo due to our board refusing to do anything about the severe erosion tampering with the structural integrity of our building. I've been after them for FOUR years to do something, and they only fix areas where the board members live. I've been stalked, harassed, and lately threatened by the board and their attorney because I keep insisting that they do something.

To see the attorney give up a million dollars because he knows the residents were treated wrongly is amazing considering how difficult it has been for me to get an attorney to take my case. I guess attorneys don't do anything until people die. I wonder how many of those residents tried to get help before the tragedy. HOAs and COAs should be kept from having as much power as they do.

  3. There…now everybody take your $75 million quit your job, go buy yourself 10 houses, 4 Mercedes live like pigs for the rest of your life on your dead family’s members life….. congratulations you won ! …. and the attorneys..they’ve already done all that before…..

  4. Judge and Mr. Greer: Lord have mercy. It does a soul good to know people like you exist in this world. Amazing. God bless you.

  5. Families getting rich from the dead. This generation is sick.

  6. 98 people died.
Now you know the price of a Floridian life

  7. Funny how the families contacted lawyers before they even knew if their family members were dead.

  8. Uvalde victims 1 billion too

  9. when a building falls people get sued, but when people get shot no one gets sued, america's bylaws and laws are funny.

  10. when you accept the money for the loss of your loved one. you dishonor them.

  11. sucks what happened to them from greed. also has exon paid settlement – no . so it's a believe it when you see the cash handed over. as far as the pro-bono he got lots of free advertising and if he normally makes a million a year is it so wonderful to do it for the free advertising ?

  12. Wasn’t the condo association owned by the residents?

  13. That was extremely fast.

  14. rather interesting, how these settlements are so quickly reached when the victims are wealthy white people!

  15. Thank God. Finally some justice

  16. Lawyers…shouldn't it be educated LIARS?
