Kids Exercise – Kids Workout At Home

This short and easy workout is suitable for kids who need to exercise at home or in the gym.

This workout improves their flexibility, improves their muscle strength, helps burn any unnecessary body fat while also boosting their metabolism and improving cardio circulation.

Exercise should be a part of every kid’s life early on, to ensure that their bodies develop correctly, uniformly and healthy.

Remember that you need to exercise 4-5 days per week for 3-4 weeks to start seeing results.

  8. I'm a pretty skinny. but I do archery and it doesn't really make you fit it helps you back muscles which is good. But I'm afraid I'm getting a bit more unfit and fatter and I see the older people (people older than me) that are there and they're pretty fat too. And I'm not saying that in a hateful, judgy or rude way. So I want to do this exercise and nothing serious just to keep me from becoming quite unfit. So thank you for the video 💕

I hope this works I am 11 and weight about 66kg or 145 pounds I haven't checked in a while anyway lots of people (not at school btw I am fine there I have lots of good freinds) like family members have started to say my tummy is getting bigger and my younger brother always calls me a fatty (tho I do deel with him later) and we have people who live with us cause one of them does une and he says I am fat and laughs cause he thinks it is a joke so I hope I can prove them wrong. I will keep this comment updated if I get enough people whowant me to.

  16. omg i think you now bts i was like everytime i was thinking about to stop i was thinking about bts members abs i want to look like them i love them so much. ( does that matters that i am 10 years old girl ) tysm for workingout video! (my weight is 37 kilorams i now i doesnt have to care about my weight becouse i am too small for that but you always have to think about future) i wish i will meet bts in future i doesnt work so hard to just lose weight i worked o hard to dance bts song dances.
