Sen. Manchin is a stateman in my mind. And Im a Hoosier. Not a West Virginian. But I can spot one in my state if warranted. Why? Because for some weird reason in the times we are in, this politician and public servant don't seem to have a problem being mindful who sent him to Congress in the first place.
